Tai Chi won’t replace sprint intervals if someone is training for peak athletic performance, but for lifelong cardiovascular health, it’s incredibly effective.

It improves heart function, circulation, and nervous system balance in a way that’s accessible and sustainable.
It trains the body to move blood more efficiently without spikes and crashes.
It supports the elasticity of blood vessels, helping them respond better to daily stress.
It gently conditions the heart while teaching the nervous system to stay calm under load.

Over time, this creates a heart that’s not just stronger, but more resilient, adaptable, and steady.

This is how we build health that lasts.

What a great opportunity to dress up in my Tai Chi uniform!!!

Teaching Tai Chi and Qigong at this special event is always magical. Today I actually offered to perform Tai Chi, it wasn’t planned, just felt like a right thing to do.

Thank you, Theosophical Society of America for hosting this special event. We surely raised vibration of the Earth.

🦋 People are talking about my Tai Chi Walking class! That’s great!

I see the benefits, even for me /with strong legs and great balance/. My goal is to heal my knee and slow down my osteoarthritis, by walking slow and worki out muscles around my knees.
And it’s absolutely great as a balance training.

🦋 Come and join my new 4-weeks program in Naperville on Tuesdays at noon /some students come during the lunch break/. Link in my Bio.

🦋 Online class is coming up in near future.

I teach both! Both are amazing, excellent for balance, legs strength, very relaxing, and the same time very energizing.

Tai Chi Walking - easy for coordination, but harder on legs /excellent legs workout/. We walk slow, very slow, and it’s not that easy. But this is great practice for everyone who wants to improve balance quickly, strengthen the legs and core, for anyone with joint and back pain /knees, hips/, and for people who found real Tai Chi too complicated.

Tai Chi - more complex, but more relaxing. It will challenge your coordination /but it’s all about muscle memory/. Brain training indeed. FYI, we do Tai Chi Walking in each class, so it has all benefits of Tai Chi Walking, plus benefits on brain and mental health benefits. It’s very relaxing and boosts energy /great for people with chronic fatigue/.

Which one speaks to you more?
