Becky provides individual, couple, and family counseling for those struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, personal growth, or difficulty dealing with life transitions. She strives to help her clients overcome challenges in order to live as their best self. She uses a Cognitive Behavior Therapy approach, helping people change thoughts, feelings and behaviors that are causing them problems.
