Coming back after an injury isn’t easy, but then again, playing Div 1 football isn’t supposed to be easy!! 🤷🏻‍♀️. So proud of Filip!! He worked overtime to rehab his hamstring!! He started as a linebacker and not only did amazing but he had 5 solo tackles AND NIU WON!!!! ❤️🖤🏈

We did Graston, cupping, ARP, acupuncture, massage and Chiro. He had great trainers at school and together we got him BACK INTO ACTION!! 💪🏻💪🏻

WOW!! Miracles DO happen here!! ✝️

I knew that my family and I wanted more HEALTH, better HEALTH not necessarily because we felt bad, but to PREVENT feeling bad and do BETTER as we age!! 🕺🏿💃

I had been researching the effects of the hyperbaric chamber and how it heals with oxygen! I have 4 boys that played football!!
