Check out this summer fine motor group for 5-7 year olds at our St.Charles office! Reach out for more information!

Join us for a group focused on improving fine motor and visual-motor skills in a fun, cooperative environment, led by an occupational therapist. We will work on the skills needed for good fine motor skills, including hand strength, fine motor skills, visual skills, and overall body coordination. Our class will use a variety of games, exercises, and activities to help keep interest high while improving skills. Activities will include: lacing beads, playdoh activities hand strengthening, pre-writing strokes, grasp etc.

Group for ages 5-7 will meet for 6 weeks on Monday’s from 1:30-2:15 for 6 weeks beginning on Monday June 16th. Cost is $250 for the 6-week session.

Group Dates: June 16th, June 23rd, June 30th, July 7th, July 14th and July 21st

The group will run at our St. Charles office: 409 Illinois ave, St. Charles IL 60174

It’s ! What better excuse to celebrate the founder/owner and heart and soul of Turning Wheels! Amy has created such an amazing place for families and for staff and we couldn’t be more grateful for her and all that she does!🥰

Q: What do you love about being an SLP?
A: I love being able to find FUN and creative ways to help children reach their goals. I also love being able to connect and work alongside the families!

Q: How many years have you been a therapist?
A: 21 years

Q: What is your favorite area to treat?
A: I love working with children with expressive language delays and articulation/phonological disorders.

Q:What are your favorite therapy activities?
A: I love doing scavenger hunts, playing bingo/board games and all things imaginative play related!!

Q: What are your hobbies?
A: In my free time, I enjoy working out, playing pickleball and attending my three kid's various sporting and musical events!
