Join us for a group focused on improving fine motor and visual-motor skills in a fun, cooperative environment, led by an occupational therapist. We will work on the skills needed for good fine motor skills, including hand strength, fine motor skills, visual skills, and overall body coordination. Our class will use a variety of games, exercises, and activities to help keep interest high while improving skills. Activities will include: lacing beads, playdoh activities hand strengthening, pre-writing strokes, grasp etc.

Group for ages 5-7 will meet for 6 weeks on Monday’s from 1:30-2:15 for 6 weeks beginning on Monday June 16th. Cost is $250 for the 6-week session.

Group Dates: June 16th, June 23rd, June 30th, July 7th, July 14th and July 21st

The group will run at our St. Charles office: 409 Illinois ave, St. Charles IL 60174

Q: What do you love about being an SLP?
A: I love being able to find FUN and creative ways to help children reach their goals. I also love being able to connect and work alongside the families!

Q: How many years have you been a therapist?
A: 21 years

Q: What is your favorite area to treat?
A: I love working with children with expressive language delays and articulation/phonological disorders.

Q:What are your favorite therapy activities?
A: I love doing scavenger hunts, playing bingo/board games and all things imaginative play related!!

Q: What are your hobbies?
A: In my free time, I enjoy working out, playing pickleball and attending my three kid's various sporting and musical events!

First up, Ms.Amber! Ms.Amber is an experienced clinician with several years of experience! We are so grateful to have her on our team! Happy Speech Month Ms.Amber!🤗

Q:What do you love about being an SLP?
A:I love helping kids reach their fullest potential and seeing their reactions when they master new skills. There is so much joy when kiddos feel proud of themselves!

Q:How many years have you been treating?
A:20, eeek!

Q:Favorite area to treat?
A:I really enjoy working with children with articulation/phonological disorders, fluency disorders, and language delays.

Q:Favorite therapy activities?
A:Books! They are so versitile. They can be used for vocabulary, speech sounds, problem solving, comprehension, grammar, emotions, and more!

Q: Fun fact/Hobbies?
A:I have been to over 15 countries, some of them multiple times. My favorite hobby is traveling, ask me where I'm going next!

🗣️Welcome to Giggles and Gestalts-6 Week Summer Group For 3-5 Year Olds! Join us for a fun and interactive group where your little one can play, learn, and grow. Our group will meet in person at Turning Wheels Pediatric Therapy-St. Charles on Mondays starting on Mon Jun 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM.

During these 6 weeks, children will engage in activities that focusses on building social-language skills and meaningful connections. Our experienced therapists will lead the group and create a nurturing environment for your child to thrive.
