Today I visited with Melinda Smith at Belmont Village Senior Living in Carol Stream. Did you know they have achieved great longevity with their employees?? That is refreshing and rare too!

Not only was I impressed with Melinda's deep passion for what she does in placing seniors at her community but also her very easy going personality that does not miss any details.

I was very impressed with Belmont Village and their unique care for assisted living and memory care but I was also impressed with Melinda and every single employee we met....who buy the way have been there for many years!
