Wake up feeling sore? Your mattress might not be the problem.
Your sleeping position could be the real culprit.
Here's what we recommend:
โข Sleep on your back with a small pillow under your knees
โข Or try your side with a pillow between your legs
โข Both positions keep your spine in its natural curve while you rest
Why does this matter? The way you sleep affects how you feel for the next 16 hours.
Think about it. You spend a third of your life in bed. Shouldn't that time help your body recover rather than create new problems?
