Parkview Hospital is excited to have Callie Crouch joining our Parkview Rural Health Clinic team as a Family Nurse Practitioner! ✨

She’s a proud graduate of West Texas A&M University in 2008 and earned both her Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice from Frontier Nursing University. Callie has been working as a provider since 2017 and has hands-on experience in the emergency room, intensive care, medical-surgical units and pediatric care.

When she isn’t in the clinic? You can find her taking care of her chickens, milking cows and tending to her garden with her husband, Jason.
