TrinityOne Physical Therapy is a faith based, direct pay practice. Our clinic is solely owned and operated by physical therapists Angi Basham, PT, DPT, OCS; Erica Johnson, PT, DPT; and Kelly Wheeler, PT, DPT, OCS. All treatments are 1:1, provided by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and individualized to maximize treatment efficacy and efficiency. We do not accept insurance; however, our costs for ser
vices are approximately 25% of customary physical therapy charges to improve patient access to quality care. Patients with commercial insurance will be provided with an invoice that can be submitted to insurance for potential reimbursement. Patients are not required to have a referral for treatment though referrals are welcome and appreciated. Primary care physicians will be notified within 5 business days of evaluation for patients who seek care without a referral to facilitate coordination of care. Patients who present to our practice with symptoms outside our scope of practice will be immediately referred to the appropriate healthcare provider.
