May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and this is a cause that lives very close to my heart.
There was a time in my life when I felt completely lost. I was carrying anxiety, grief, and emotions that felt too heavy to hold on my own. From the outside, I may have seemed okay, but inside I was struggling in ways I didn’t always know how to explain.
During some of my darkest seasons, I found comfort and healing through tarot, spiritual guidance, and metaphysical tools. Tarot gave me a way to reflect on what I was feeling. It helped me slow down, connect with myself, and find hope when everything felt uncertain. Crystals, ritual, and spiritual practices became gentle reminders that healing is not always linear, and that there are many paths back to yourself.
This is one of the biggest reasons I created Cosmic Tarot.
I know firsthand what it feels like to need support. I know what it feels like to be searching for something—anything—that helps you feel seen, understood, and a little less alone. While tarot and spiritual tools are not a replacement for professional mental health care, they can be deeply meaningful companions on the healing journey.
My goal has always been to offer a safe, compassionate space where people can feel supported, empowered, and reminded of their own strength.
If you are struggling right now, please know that you are not alone. Healing is possible, even if it doesn’t happen overnight. Sometimes the smallest spark of hope is enough to guide you through the darkness.
Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey.

A Gentle Reminder
You are not a burden. You are worthy of support, healing, and compassion.
There is no shame in asking for help. Sometimes the bravest thing we can do is let someone walk beside us through the darkness.
With love,
Cassidy at Cosmic Tarot ✨🔮🌙
