I want to address an ongoing issue here. Touching or opening the Tea jars. We have a ton of signs up that tell you not to do it. So don't! Do you go into restaurants or Krogers and open products up?
And Don't also includes trying to do it quietly so you think we don't hear. We absolutely do. And when we tell you, we will help you with that, don't get offended because you couldn't respect our business policies.
Smelling the delicious Teas & Herbs is a big part of the enjoyment when you visit here. But, we try to keep things safe & sanitary- so please keep your hands off the jars.
We truly are really happy to help you out. That's why we are here!

I'm a big proponent of us humans following the cycle of year and season just like the animals. Our bodies are designed to work in rhythm of the wheel of the year. Winter is the season of Hibernation- of taking in nutrient dense calories to sustain us over the winter time. But Spring is when the world awakens, eats the new budding shoots that help the body to shed the excess of what was stored and reset our bodies for the fresh new season.
Cleanses, Flushes & Detoxes are huge buzzwords right now, but timing is key & working with the natural cycle will make the process work so much better with our bodies.
We are wonderfully made!
