What is the main cause of emotional suffering? Yes, you got this right: EXPECTATIONS. To expect anything different than what already is leads to emotional suffering. Simple as that. Hard to grasp often times, yet the only way out of the circle of suffering is to have no expectations but acceptance of what is. With the acceptance of what is freedom, joy and fulfillment come as well as opportunities and choices. With the acceptance of what is new doors open. Say ‘no’ to expectations; say ‘yes’ to acceptance and you’ll see your world change drastically! ❤️
