About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Office Assistant to join our office team. As a key member of our office team, you will help keep daily operations running smoothly and support staff who make a difference in the lives of our clients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
▪️Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document organization

▪️Answer and direct phone calls professionally and courteously

▪️Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and routine office tasks

▪️Maintain accurate and confidential records

▪️Provide administrative support to office staff as part of a collaborative team

What We’re Looking For:
✔️Dependable, punctual, and organized

✔️Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

✔️Strong communication and teamwork skills

✔️Basic computer skills (email, data entry, Microsoft Office)

✔️Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment

Qualifications
✔️High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college education preferred

✔️Prior clerical or office experience is a plus but not required

✔️Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
