From leading the West Virginia Dental Association to playing a pivotal role in founding the Southern Society of Orthodontists, his influence is vast. Dr. Joseph has been an SAO Board member for 25 years and a key contributor to SAO governance. His dedication reflects his father’s legacy, a value he lives by: “always give back more than you take.”

To my valued patients,

I am thrilled to announce that Dr. Brett Nanners will be joining me in my orthodontic practice in October.

Brett is a Wheeling native and is proud to return home with her husband Zak and their one-year-old son Bodhi after her years of schooling. I have been blessed to know four generations of Dr. Nanners’ family and was pleased to have the opportunity to write recommendations for her when she applied to dental school at West Virginia University and later to her orthodontic residency program at the University of Pittsburgh. I am fortunate enough to know some of Dr. Nanners’ faculty, and they are excited that Dr. Nanners and I will be practicing together. She has a reputation for being very kind and thoughtful, and I have been told that she is one of the finest residents that they have ever had at Pitt.

We have very high moral and ethical standards in our practice, and Dr. Nanners shares these same values. We look forward to you meeting her!
