Environment Control Ohio Valley is now hiring for reliable, hardworking, and detail oriented routine evening cleaners to care for our many clients in Wheeling, Pittsburgh, and Morgantown. To qualify, you must be able to perform continuous physical activity at a reasonably fast pace, including walking, standing, bending, reaching and lifting and carrying (up to 40 pounds). Typical duties include trash removal, dusting, spray-cleaning, vacuuming, mopping and cleaning of restrooms. All candidates will be subject to a national background check. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Male locker Room Attendant

West Alexander/Triadelphia area- Monday-Friday - 8:00am to 4:30pm $15 per hour

Background: Any candidate offered a position will be required to pass pre-employment screenings which include a national background check and a 10-panel drug screen.

Must have Valid Driver's License and Car Insurance

Environment Control, a leading commercial cleaning service, is seeking a motivated Unit Manager in the Pittsburgh Area to oversee and inspire our evening cleaning team. You do not need to have prior experience in the cleaning industry, but it would be a plus.

The ideal candidate would need to possess the following qualities:

Proven leadership ability.
Capacity to build and develop a team.
Flexibility to work nights - Start after 5:30pm (Monday-Friday/ rotating weekends)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in recruiting, supervising, and managing hourly employees in the commercial cleaning industry is strongly preferred.
The job does require some minimum qualifications:

1 year management experience preferred
Previous work for a cleaning company a plus
Valid Driver License with a driving record that is insurable by business insurance standards
Criminal background checks
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Our Story

Environment Control Building Service Company was founded in 1963 by Daryl Kraft. As a college student, Mr. Kraft purchased and operated a small commercial janitorial company just to "make ends meet." By the time graduation approached, his commitment to quality service had earned him a growing customer base that now includes thousands of satisfied customers across the United States. In 1970, Mr. Kraft began to offer franchise opportunities and further refined his cleaning system and procedures. In 1997, after 34 years headquartered in Anaheim, California, Mr. Kraft relocated the corporate office to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Today there are over 50 Environment Control franchises in 20 states.

Sean Frazier and his wife started Environment Control Ohio Valley in 2008 in Wheeling, West Virginia. Sean began his career with Environment Control in 1993 in Columbus, Ohio as a part-time routine cleaner. After 10 years, EC Ohio Valley now operates not only in Wheeling, but in Pittsburgh and Morgantown as well.
