Welcome to Inner Spirit Studio! Our boutique yoga and fitness studio is conveniently located in Whippany, NJ.

Inner Spirit Studio is a 2,500-square-foot facility specializing in various styles of hot yoga, aerial yoga, strength and sculpt classes, accommodating all fitness levels. We offer a large variety of classes and we invite all levels to join our community. Inner Spirit Studio is a top-notch facility, with a natural light-filled 1,000 sq ft. room, complemented with top of the line heat, humidity, and sound system. Our studio is disinfected daily, including our bathrooms and showers. We recently installed a high intensity germicidal UVC air purification system to keep our air clean and safe for all! Our amazing instructors will guide you to your goals, regardless of your fitness level or experience. Take a look at the many class offerings Inner Spirit Studio has and join our growing family!

Welcome Aly to Inner Spirit Studio!

As an RYT 500-hour certified yoga instructor, Aly guides students on a journey to connect the mind, body, and spirit. Her passion for yoga stems from a deeply personal experience, where the practice helped her find stillness, peace, and a more mindful way of living. After overcoming the challenges of her own teacher training, she earned her 200-hour certification in 2018 and her 300-hour certification in 2020. Aly’s teaching style encourages students of all levels to explore their potential in a supportive, non-competitive environment. With a blend of playful challenges, mindful movement, and intentional sequences, she hopes to empower students to incorporate what they learn on the mat into their daily lives, helping them find greater balance and emotional resilience.

Aly will be teaching Hot Yoga on Monday nights at 6:30
