Integrating Craniosacral Therapy (CST) into my practice has been incredibly profound. Combined with therapeutic massage techniques, the treatment addresses deeper muscle tension while encouraging relaxation and overall wellness.
CST has shown promise in the treatment of various conditions, including migraines, chronic neck and back pain, stress, emotional disturbances, and depression. With its gentle yet effective approach, CST offers a pathway to enhanced well-being and vitality.
Beautiful words were shared recently by one of my lovely teachers at 🤍
“I don’t touch a body, I touch a moving universe. In contact, there’s something that happens beyond skin, bones, or muscles. When I approach with presence, the anatomy is revealed not as a structure but as a living story that breathes, remembers, adapts, pulses. The Craniosacral approach taught me to stop, to tune the senses until I perceive the invisible, the stillness it organizes, the rhythm it orders, the intelligence that holds the form and then the body is not just a body. It is a field of consciousness. A mystery expressed in silence. A dance of forces older than ourselves.” ~Paula Vidal
