“I started at Summit Pilates and Training one year ago after being cleared to exercise following a skiing-related shoulder injury. After my first broken bone at 47, I was nervous about getting back into movement — but the instructors helped me rebuild my strength and, more importantly, regain the confidence to move safely and push my limits again.
I began with Alex’s Advanced Pilates Sculpt once a week and quickly added Bre’s Monday and Thursday classes. Before long, I was hooked — and now I’ve added Kerry’s Wednesday Barre as well. Every instructor brings a distinct style and energy, and no two sessions ever feel the same.
The team is skilled, encouraging, and attentive, and the fellow students create such a motivating, friendly environment. I truly can’t recommend this studio highly enough.“
