We’re throwing it back with our Made in the 1990’s kickoff events on:

🎶 Friday, Sept. 19 at PAI-Parkway & PAI-Oakdale

Another great morning on the water!🎣 A second group of PAI-Commerce participants enjoyed a peaceful and fun-filled morning at the fishing dock. A perfect way to spend time outdoors, connect with nature and share some laughs with friends!

We recently held our annual DSP Site Awards across all PAI program locations, an uplifting tradition where staff are recognized by their peers for going above and beyond in their work! These awards celebrate the dedication, compassion and heart our Direct Support Professionals bring every single day. From supporting independence to building meaningful connections, our DSPs are truly the backbone of what we do.

Exciting News for Made in the Shade! 🐴

We’re so excited to welcome Horse Hugs to this year’s event! Join us Saturday, September 20 at Lake Bde Maka Ska and meet their sweet therapy miniature horses from 9:00–10:00 AM—arrive early to enjoy this special experience!

Horse Hugs is a volunteer group that brings joy and comfort to nursing homes, day programs, and community events through their gentle, friendly horses. We can’t wait for them to bring their magic to Made in the Shade 5K Walk, Run & Roll!
