These last few weeks have been challenging for me. Not necessarily as in "a struggle", more like "tested". I'm noticing things I never used to: my limits and boundaries, where my patience is drawn, how my ego drives the bus at times, where there's room to grow and how far I have come. Lessons come to us in all sorts of ways, and I'm staying open to the opportunity to shift and change perspectives and learn new ways of being. I believe my clients can feel this shift too; that they've been feeling and experiencing it during their services for a while now. It's brought a whole new level of depth to their treatments, especially those who can roll with the tide and trust they are being taken care of and are where they're meant to be. Because I truly believe this - that every client who shows up on my table is there for A REASON. A LESSON. For GROWTH in some way, shape, or form; physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually. We will meet each other where we are at. So I will say, I have leveled up, and I am so grateful for those who continue to level up with me. It's not always easy, and it's not always fun or comfortable or drastic or noticeable, but it's sooo worth it!
