Due to cost of living expenses, the price of our services will be increasing 6% or less across the board. This does not include products, as those prices are dictated by our vendors.

We completely understand that a price increase is never ideal and we work to avoid one whenever we can. We have held the line on a price increase since 2018!

Because the increase goes into effect on 11/1/21, all services made before then will be honored at the previously agreed upon rate.

At Total Health Solutions, we have the pleasure of working with Dr. Tom Tjornhom DC in his continued health pursuits at 92 years young! The process is the goal, and we are ALWAYS in process, as Dr. Tom models with his actions. Dr. Jim Mondo, Dr. Tom Tjornhom, Dr. Mitch Mondo all together in a room with 152 years of combined chiropractic knowledge between them. THUNDER! Heads up warning!
We will be changing our credit card process December 14th and there will be a 4% processing fee applied to all purchases using all cards. One change is we will be able to take American Express cards once more. To avoid the fee, we suggest cash or check (remember those?!).

We are looking for a person who values a chiropractic experience, who personally pursues principles of health and wants to help like-minded people get the same for themselves.

This part time position of 20-30 hours requires a helpful, energetic, positive we-can-do this attitude. The role primarily involves managing clinic patient flow by scheduling, welcoming and guiding patients to their scheduled service, collecting for goods and services and rescheduling patients. This position also requires strong relational skills, and the ability to proficiently use office equipment such as phones, computer software, copier, credit card machine etc is essential .

Experience:
*Strong office administrative skills or office receptionist experience a plus

Relational Skills:
*Applicants should have a caring and loving demeanor with excellent communication skills

Administrative Skills:
*Applicants should be organized and have computer and phone skills. Awareness of multiple, unfolding clinic events is essential, and be able to switch task between the phone, patients and computer without feathers getting ruffled.

Values:
*Applicants should have experience with chiropractic and be able to advocate for the principles that come from the chiropractic physician.
*Applicants should be invested in their own personal health and wellness
