Because we have 6 providers across 3 locations, a few of our providers rotate between clinics. This means your appointment location may be different from your last visit—even with the same provider.

To help avoid any confusion, please keep these tips in mind:

• Double-check the location listed for your appointment
• Remember that some providers see patients at more than one clinic
• If you’re ever unsure, please call our clinic before your visit (870)850-8055
• Our team will gladly confirm the correct location for you

FMWH is proud to welcome Ashton McNeese, MSN, FNP-C, to our patient care team! Ashton graduated from the JRMC School of Nursing in 2009, graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing in 2022 and became board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner later that fall.
Ashton gained emergency room and urgent care experience at Jefferson Regional Medical Center and MedExpress. Before advancing her career as a nurse practitioner, Ashton spent several years as a registered nurse in the emergency, cardiac cath lab, and radiology departments. Over the past year, she also provided dedicated geriatric care at The Blossoms at White Hall.
Ashton has been married to her husband Brandon for almost 12 yrs, and has 2 bonus sons Drake, 22, and Blaine, 17, as well as a 10 yr old daughter together named Addalyn. The McNeese family spends their “free time” at the softball field watching Addalyn play travel softball. They also enjoy camping, hunting, and being on the lake. Ashton and her family are also big Razorback fans!

Our Story

We are located at 7245 Sheridan Road, in White Hall, Arkansas. We moved to this location in October of 2018, after outgrowing our previous location in the White Hall Wellness Center Building. We are open Monday-Thursday 8:30-5, and Friday 8:30-noon.

We have a second location with extended hours, FMWH Walk-In Clinic, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, located at 2302 W. 28th Street. The Pine Bluff Walk-In Clinic is open Tuesday-Thursday 8:30-5, Friday 8:30-4, and OPEN SATURDAY 8:00-noon.
