Blissed by Nature

Blissed by Nature Offering mindful outdoor experiences to connect with your own true nature of bliss Imagine a walking meditation without having to meditate.

Like yoga, mindfully soaking up a forest’s sensory stimuli - the aroma of damp wood, the sound of crunching leaves, the feeling of plush moss, the gurgling of a stream - has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, and blood pressure. Let's combine a vigorous hike and off-the-mat yoga to create 90 minutes of well-being for mind, body and soul. In 2021, we also offer 60-minute ZENwalks, a soothing sau

nter that decelerates stress and calms anxiety, while reigniting our senses and reconnecting to nature.

Every moment in nature is an invitation to heal. đź’š
The science is clear—listening to birds, touching the earth, breathing in the forest air… each of these simple acts restores balance to our body and mind.

That’s why we create experiences that bring people back into harmony with the natural world. 🌎✨

Join me in celebrating the everyday magic of the outdoors—where wellness begins.

Slow down.
Tune in.
Wake up.

It’s all here—waiting to be noticed.

Like the tender symmetry of new fir needles, unfolding in quiet spirals at the tip of each branch. A sacred geometry of becoming.

This is what presence reveals:
not just trees, but life expressing itself in elegant, intricate detail.

The more we attune to the natural world, the more it teaches us how to be fully alive.

On this day that celebrates independence, I’m reflecting on interdependence—the quiet wisdom that the natural world models so effortlessly.

Trees share nutrients through underground fungal networks.
Bees and flowers rely on each other to thrive.
Birds follow the seasons, guided by wind and stars.
Nothing in nature thrives alone.

What if freedom isn’t about standing apart—but standing together with care, humility, and mutual support?

May we remember that we belong to each other—and to the land.

Happy Interdependence Day. 🌿❤️🤍💙

Step outside.
Now arrive.

Not just your body—your attention.
Your breath.
Your awareness of birdsong, breeze, the way the sunlight touches your skin.

We’re always in motion. But what if the most radical thing is to stop?
To fully land.
To meet the moment as it is.

This is the doorway. 🌿

Outdoors is a place.
Presence is a practice. 🌿

We can walk through a forest without ever really arriving. But when we pause, when we listen, when we lean in close enough to feel the story in the rings of an ancient stump—that’s when the real connection begins.

This tree lived lifetimes before me. Weathered storms. Sheltered creatures. Stood tall, then fell, and still gives life.

And here I am—pressing my cheek to its sun-warmed surface, breathing with it, saying thank you.

Being outdoors is one thing. Being with the land is something else entirely.

In nature’s presence, can you feel your own?

The wild doesn’t ask us to be anything other than awake.
No performance. No pressure. Just presence.

When we step into the natural world with curiosity and stillness, something ancient stirs: We remember who we are—beneath the noise, beneath the doing.

Come home to that presence. Yours.

You’re outside—but are you present?
It’s easy to think we’re connecting with nature just because we’re in it. But true connection begins when we slow down enough to notice—the sound of a breeze through pine needles, the shift of light on water, the rhythm of our own breath.

Mindful time in nature invites us to go beyond being outside—and begin being here.

✨ You don’t have to hike far or sit for long. Just pause. Breathe. Listen. Arrive.

This morning, I sat still long enough in my sit spot to watch the sun rise—and when it did, it lit up tiny pearls of water clinging to the Colorado Spruce. In each raindrop, the whole world reflected back at me. Sometimes, stillness is the only way to really see.

A hush lingers in the air,
the world wrapped in a tender veil of white.
Overnight, snow wove its quiet magic,
turning my backyard into a fleeting wonderland.

The first rays of sun kiss the landscape,
soft light casting a hope filled spell over the trees.
Tiny hats of snow perch on the branches,
delicate and brave—
a reminder that beauty is both fragile and resilient.

I watch, I breathe, I feel.
Hoping the tender new growth weathers the cold.
Hoping my own heart stays open,
even in the face of stress, of overwhelm.

Joy rises in me like the morning light,
because beauty demands it.
And joy—deep, intentional, and fiercely sought—
is my quiet resistance,
my antidote,
my way home.
