🥵 Heat exhaustion can hit fast — especially during a scorcher like this week. Here’s what to do if you or someone else shows symptoms:
1️⃣ Move to a cool, shaded area
2️⃣ Lie down and elevate the legs
3️⃣ Remove tight clothing
4️⃣ Apply cool towels or take a cool bath
5️⃣ Sip water or a sports drink — no caffeine or alcohol

🚨 Be prepared to call 911 if symptoms don’t improve, there’s a fever over 102°F after 30 minutes, fainting, seizures, or if the person stops breathing.
Stay safe and hydrated out there! 💧
