June is Men's Health Month!… it’s ok to not be ok… just don’t stay there. Many of us have been conditioned to believe that if it does not bleed and if it is not broken then it’s not hurt. That’s untrue and it can cost us our lives, our joy.

We all need a bit of support right now.

Posted • , outrage, grief, confusion, fear… these are normal responses to the complete injustice that occurred yesterday in Texas.
Take time for yourself. And, take a break from social media, the news, podcasts and the radio if you find it . You can get the facts another time.
Bingeing on news consumption after a mass shooting can be very traumatizing. You will hear things you that you won’t be able to unhear and see things that you won’t be able to unsee.
Take care of your self first so you can be there for others in the future . .

Happy to Maryland's youth! For years, the LBE Academy has hosted our biggest event of the year for Back to School, offering our clients supplies and other resources for getting the year started. This year, our event looked quite different, but we are still providing supplies to help our youth succeed on virtual learning. Our staff are able to deliver packets of necessary supplies to our clients. Thank you to our LBE Academy leadership for always striving to meet the needs and serve our clients
