Today kicks off my new workout and nutrition program with Claude!

As a Health Coach, I love being able to help my ladies with their nutrition and fitness goals on a monthly basis! So, when I started to realize what I’ve been doing for years isn’t working for me at this moment, I started to look for a coach. Coaches need coaches too!!

I’ve been following Claude since her Beachbody days and knew she was the coach for me. I am so excited to see where this program takes me!!
