Every individual and family is unique and equipped with their own strengths and struggles. As a psychologist, I work collaboratively with children, adolescents and families to identify these strengths as well as goals unique to their circumstances. To assist clients, I use an integrative approach by incorporating the most helpful techniques to each specific situation, making the treatment more ind

ividualized. I utilize techniques from cognitive behavioral, relational, psychodynamic and family systems therapy to help clients understand themselves and overcome obstacles impeding their progress. Individuals can come to this page to obtain useful articles I find that may help and inspire their progress.
