Today, my middle child, turns 26—and it’s an extra special birthday because it’s her last one before she becomes a mom herself! (Yes, cue the emotional parent 😭)

Izzy has always been one of the funniest, sharpest, most intuitive humans I know, with a heart so big it could hold the 🌎.

She’s the kind of person who can make you laugh until your sides hurt but also be the first to show up when life gets hard, armed with wisdom beyond her years and a fierce loyalty that leaves you in awe.

And now, as she gets ready to welcome her own daughter into this world, I know she’s going to pass down all those incredible qualities and then some.

Izzy—you are going to be the bestest mommy.

Enjoy the last birthday of sleep-ins, spontaneous plans, and uninterrupted hot meals.

Baby L is SO lucky to have you as a mama.

So excited to announce that I’ve finally found a home for healing ❤️‍🩹

There will be more changes to come soon with possible scheduling platform change as well as a business name change - the Healing Collective NY can’t be in CT can it??
But for now I’ll be taking in person appointments by request.

My healing practice days will most likely be Wednesday, Friday and Saturday mornings.

As a former colleague said often, “Shift Happens”

While this is certainly not how I anticipated things happening, I have faith that this is divine guidance as all things have been.

The timing coincides with my becoming a glam-ma for the first time and wow that is the biggest blessing possible.

I will miss my beautiful healing space you all helped me curate with your own healing and transformational experiences.

Energy never dies, it simply changes form and I will bring this energy wherever I go.

I will still be here for you.
