Alexandra is a 35 year old Occupational Therapist (OT) with 11 and a half years of experience. In her years as an OT, she has worked with people ages 3-103 years old and been exposed to some of the greatest triumphs of the human spirit as well as some of a persons and/or families most difficult moments. She has a great respect for what she does and brings her passion for having things done to the

best of their ability with her into her career and daily life. In addition, she has recently become a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinician after working for the Delaware Autism Program for 2 years, Autism became an area of focus for her. In her years working in pre-schools, elementary schools and middle schools she has come to find that there are some absolute necessities, some "I'm not flexible on this point" moments which have to be adhered to. She has an extensive understanding in the development of IEP's and 504 plans. In addition, she has written more than 200 IEP's in her career under educational classifications of Autism (including goals on Sensory Processing Disorder), Speech-Language Delay, Intellectual Disability, Developmental Delay, OHI, Mental Retardation, Down Syndrome and Cerebral Palsy. Not only is she well versed in the accommodations and modifications but in the creation of data collection documentation in order to ensure that teachers, classroom staff and the special education teams in your child's building are holding up their end of the deal. She is available to provide consultative services, observations, editing and reviewing of IEPs and attendance of IEP meetings for children ages Birth-18 years old to assist you and their educational team in providing a well rounded and clear picture of your child/children and their needs. Our Story

Alexandra is a 32 year old Occupational Therapist (OT) with almost 9 years of experience. She is a NYC native, born and raised in Queens, currently living in Greensboro, North Carolina. In her years as an OT, she has worked with people ages 3-103 years old and been exposed to some of the greatest triumphs of the human spirit as well as some of a persons and/or families most difficult moments. She has a great respect for what she does and brings her passion for having things done to the best of their ability with her into her career and daily life. Alexandra has an extensive treatment history in behavior management, autism, sensory processing, ADHD and is also SOS Feeding Therapy trained. We demonstrate treatment strategies to address fine motor, hand writing, visual motor, visual perceptual, body awareness and sensory regulation deficits.
