Remember to combat the cycle of stress by:
- setting reasonable, attainable goals for yourself
- taking time for self care
- making sure you’re taking care of all of your basic needs such as eating/sleeping enough
- breaking down larger tasks into smaller tasks

SELF CARE IS NOT SELFISH! Remember, self care is more than treating yourself to a night of movies and face masks. Self care is also setting boundaries. Self care is learning when to say “no.” Self care is allowing yourself to feel your emotions. Self care is not selfish. Remember, fill your own cup too, because you can’t pour from an empty one!

Working towards a more mindful mindset. But what can mindfulness really do for you? Mindfulness allows us to not get weighed down in the past, or overwhelmed by the future. Mindfulness encourages us to stay present in the moment, and dealing with life moment by moment is much easier than carrying the weight of past mistakes and future fears.
