Our Older Teen and College-Aged DBT groups are almost here! DBT skills can help your young person by giving them the tools they need to navigate life challenges.
DBT skills include Mindfulness skills, Distress Tolerance tools, Emotion Regulation tools, and help to be more effective in their interpersonal relationships.
