♦️Treat yourself like you would others who are trying their best! Allow yourself the time to learn the lesson at your own pace.

🔶Challenges can hit a raw nerve within us. Sometimes we need to take it step by step and nurture ourselves in the process.

👉1.Observe your thoughts and emotions.

🟣Awareness is the first step in acknowledging any life challenge. How are you responding to a particular event, circumstance, or person? What are your initial feelings? And why are you feeling this way?

👉2. Shift the focus back to you.

🔵Our outer world is a reflection of what’s going on within us because we project our own thoughts and feelings onto other people and events. We give it our own meaning.

👉3. Accept what you cannot change.

🟢I know it’s easy to resist your circumstances, and blame other people and events. Sometimes we just have to accept it and breathe through it.

🔶Learning to react well managing emotional reactions means choosing how and when to express the emotions we feel.

🔶People who do a good job of managing emotions know that it's healthy to express their feelings — but that it matters how (and when) they express them.

👉Check out these helpful tips for managing your emotions and your responses to your emotions below:

✅1. Emotional awareness. This skill is all about being able to notice and identify the emotions we feel at any given moment.

✅2. Not blaming others for how we feel and how we react to our feelings. You are in control of your actions and you alone! Don't let others control you!

✅3. Understanding and accepting emotions. Understanding emotions means knowing why we feel the way we do.

✅4. Accepting emotions means noticing, identifying, and understanding our emotions without blaming others or judging ourselves for how we feel.
