Vermont Massage Therapy is a private practice in therapeutic massage with locations in Hartford Village and at the Open Door movement studio in downtown White River Junction. I offer myofascial release, deep tissue massage, therapeutic stretching, and personal training services. I have been in practice 27 years, and have been teaching professional massage courses for 24 years at the River Valley Community College.

Just a reminder: we have a tai chi class (Yang style short form) every Monday at Open Door at 8:30 am. Beginners welcome. It’s great for working on balance, coordination, breathing and relaxation, and more. If you were ever curious about tai chi, come try! If you know anyone who might benefit from such a class, please pass this on!
