O Hatha Yoga, uma das formas mais antigas e tradicionais de Yoga, tem suas raízes no ta**ra pré-védico. Manteve-se secreta por um longo tempo, ressurgindo nos séculos X e XI com Goraksha Nath, um mestre tântrico que fundou a ordem dos Yogis Kanphata.

Os princípios fundamentais do Hatha Yoga foram escritos pelo sábio Swatmarama no século XV nos textos conhecidos como Hatha Yoga Pradipika.

O objetivo primário do Hatha Yoga é equilibrar as energias vitais conhecidas como “Prana” e “Apana,” promovendo a harmonia física e mental.

Hatha Yoga, one of the oldest and most traditional forms of yoga, has its roots in pre-Vedic ta**ra. It remained secret for a long time, resurfacing in the 10th and 11th centuries with Goraksha Nath, a ta***ic master who founded the Kanphata order of Yogis.

The fundamental principles of Hatha Yoga were written down by the sage Swatmarama in the 15th century in the texts known as Hatha Yoga Pradipika.

The primary aim of Hatha Yoga is to balance the vital energies known as “Prana” and “Apana,” promoting physical and mental harmony.
