Get off social media and the news. plant a garden, think for ourselves, heal with natural medicine, deal with our trauma, be resilient, be discerning, don’t polarize or take sides, don’t follow drama or extremism in any form, hug people don’t give up on our social love for each other bc some manipulative person wants to consumerize the human experience, be responsible for ourselves and be self reliant but have faith in others too, don’t trust anyone who says they have the answer, find the answer within our own soul. Don’t believe the lies. Getting sick builds immunity. Take care of your own body so you have immunity just like taking care of your own soul builds spiritual immunity and strength. Do it!!!

I went powder skiing today in pursuit of looking for a connection with the flow of my spirit. What does that for you where you zone out into an activity to contact your own soul ?no matter what BS is going on in your life, what makes you feel ALIVE !!! ( It doesnt have to be sports. It can be knittting, building, gaming, etc) something that incorporates your gifts on this planet in this life.
