There is only so much we can do on our own to prepare for life's challenges. We need regular practice to maintain physical, mental, and emotional balance. We need tools to keep us centered and deeply grounded. We need support to guide us in the right direction, to help structure our lives, find a rhythm, and live in peace.

If you want to deepen your daily practice, create a routine in caring for oneself, cultivate tools to assist you when life gets hard, and have support from someone who truly cares about your well-being, I am here for you.

How would you like to have a spiritual coach?

Someone to help you navigate through life during challenging times. Someone to check in with, be with, and talk to. Someone to hold you accountable for nourishing yourself daily. Someone to help you manage and balance your life. Someone to help mediate when you experience inner conflict and to assist you in making choices, giving you suggestions and a new perspective. Someone to help you find a daily rhythm, and to find peace.

The reality is that we are living in a global pandemic. Our current situation is unfamiliar, which can create a lot of fear of the unknown. Whether you want to make changes or not, you are being called forth to do so. You are being asked to show up differently, to create change, and to learn to flow with changes in ways that align and honor your whole being, self worth, physical care, mental attitude, and spiritual practice.

When working together, I will use tools I have learned over the years in my yoga, meditation, and spiritual practice. Yoga provides concrete tools and wisdom that is useful for maintaining balance in life. I will help you set up structures and strategies for living that will be helpful for you mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I will help you step by step to create a plan on how to manage and structure your life during these stressful times. I will be there for you to help you make positive changes that help you connect deeply with the spiritual essence of life, which is LOVE. When one truly loves and accepts oneself, one lives life from a place of love, and knows that both love and life are abundant. At anytime when challenges arise, it is love that keeps us strong.

I also teach yoga classes that embodies asana, pranayama, mantra, & spiritual wisdom. We create a sacred space to invoke healing, and deep love for ourselves. I welcome anyone from all over the globe to join our virtual Sangha. Together we will move, chant, breathe, and BE. I also teach at my yoga studio in White Salmon, WA. Registration for both (virtual and in person) is done through Yoga Samadhi.
