🌟 Meet Carrie Takes, RN – our incredible Director of Nursing at Willow Ridge Wellness and Rehab! 🌟

With 20 years of nursing experience—spanning home health, wound care, cardiac care, and long-term care—Carrie has spent the last three years as a Director of Nursing, leading with heart and expertise. Her passion for long-term care started from a personal experience with a loved one in a facility, and she’s dedicated to creating a home-like environment where residents feel truly cared for.

Hands-on, compassionate, and an inspiring mentor and educator, Carrie loves guiding her team while making a difference in residents’ lives every day. Outside of work, she’s married with eight children and one granddaughter and enjoys hiking, live music, reading, skiing, scuba diving, and fishing.

We’re proud to have her leading the way at Willow Ridge! 💚
