Recently we built a new mindset of confidence with a young client and helped her free herself from a fear of a medical procedure …With that same client, we managed and restructured her thought patterns around school anxiety..
Each session we are teaching, training, restructuring clients (all ages from 7 yrs of age to 78 ) away from the patterns of fear, anxiety, and limitations… Building new patterns of believing, and changing the balance of power with the undesired habits and thoughts… and at the same time we are recognizing strengths, goals and desired outcomes. Confidence builds and patterns change 🙌🙌

Since creating the walk with Jesus program, we also helped a young teenager delete an unwanted behavior while strengthening his connection with his faith and Jesus.

Last week we had a 7 yr old free himself from a fear pattern… and a gymnast work through a block…. People removing alcohol from their weeknights and more!!! …and others deleting va**ng and smoking!!
