Thanks to your incredible feedback over the last six months, we were able to make some changes to our systems to improve your experience and make the booking process even easier!
Recently, we switched our software system to Mangomint, which provides easier online booking and streamlines our day-to-day operations so we can focus our attention on YOU, our faithful guests.
With this change, we were able to make a vast improvement to our Loyalty Rewards Program that makes it less confusing and removes the pesky limitations of our past software systems. Now, instead of points earned when you spend money with us, you'll now earn monetary credits that you can use for anything in the spa! You'll no longer be limited to just specific spa services, but can now use this credit to purchase any service, package, retail, gift cards, cafe items, and even lodging!
But what about the points I've earned already? We totally get it. While this switch does reset everyone to start fresh, we've gone through and applied credits to your accounts based on the points you'd already had with us and the tiers for the new setup.
The best part? Even though we've already given you the credits, you still get to earn them again as you hit the new tier milestones. And those credits never expire! Want to use them immediately? Absolutely! Want to save them until you earn the next credit? That's perfect, too!
