What's in your water?
Chlorine is one of the main chemicals used to disinfect tapwater and while it is keeping things
"safe" it can still irritate your skin, eyes, respiratory system, and even disrupt your gut overtime.

But chlorine is just the beginning....
It can also contain heavy metals, pesticides, micro plastics, and leftover chemical byproducts from the treatment process.

And here's the part no one talks about...
Bottled water isn't any better.
Most brands are just filtered tapwater wrapped in plastic. Studies have found micro plastics, chemical leaching from the bottle itself, and very inconsistent filtering standards.

My goal isn't to create fear...it's to create awareness. When we know what we are really consuming, we can make better choices for our health.
