💧 Hydration = Joint health + Energy boost!
As temperatures rise, getting dehydrated is easy, especially during activity. Water supports spinal discs, reduces joint stiffness, and improves focus.
Most adults should aim to drink six to eight 8-ounce glasses of water each day (48-64 oz./1.5-2 liters total) and more if you sweat or are active outdoors!
