What is meditation?
It's a practice in which an individual uses a technique to train attention and awareness, and detach from reflexive, discursive thinking, achieving a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state, while not judging the meditation process itself.
Meditation is a very important to me. I struggled for what seemed to be eons to get to the meditative state, and never seemed to reach that relaxed state of being. With practice I found that place of peace and quiet by focusing and clearing my mind. It is this that allowed me, and will for you, to attain a deep meditative state.
