Wrapping up an amazing week of self care in LA with
It has been months since I have been able to run more than 2 minute without either getting short of breath or having insane calf tension that made me have to stop running. Yesterday I ran 1.5 miles non-stop at a 9:50 pace. 🤯
Now you can't deny that that is some amazing hands on work. Listening and following the body is key and visceral work in my body (and many others) is a must! So grateful to receive treatment and learn from amazing practitioners.
