The Spring Equinox is almost here — the moment when day and night come into balance and we begin the shift toward longer, brighter days.

It’s nature’s reminder that change is always unfolding. A time to pause, reset, and welcome the return of light and new growth.

Just like the earth, we move through seasons too.
What are you ready to nurture this spring?

Don't forget to join Jill Colleen for Rest & Ritual, a deeply nourishing 2-hour restorative practice to honor the shift into spring. Through gentle shapes, breath, and simple seasonal ritual, we’ll welcome balance, renewal, and new beginnings.

A quiet space to rest, reflect, and reconnect.

The clocks shifted this weekend, and while it’s just an hour on paper, our bodies often feel it a little more deeply.

If you’re feeling a bit off, slower to wake, or needing extra rest that’s completely normal. Our nervous systems and circadian rhythms take time to adjust.

A few gentle ways to move through the transition:
• Get outside in the morning light
• Move your body (even gently)
• Hydrate and nourish yourself well
• Go to bed a little earlier if you can
• Give yourself a little grace

Seasonal transitions invite us to recalibrate. A new rhythm is arriving.

More light is on the way, longer evenings, and a subtle shift in energy as we move toward spring.

Let this be a small reminder to slow down, listen to your body, and meet the change with a little kindness.

We’ll see you on your mat. 💛

THE WAY OF TEA 🍵

There is something sacred about slowing down.

Join Bryan for a traditional Cha Dao tea ceremony — The Way of Tea. This isn’t just about how we brew tea. It’s about presence. It’s about listening. It’s about harmony with nature and honoring impermanence.

Through tea, we practice stillness.
We practice being.
We practice noticing.

Come for tea.
Stay for friendship, conversation, and shared silence.

This is a donation-based gathering, with all proceeds going to The Global Tree Hut.
Suggested donation: $20.

This month our theme is Words of Affirmation — because sometimes the simplest words carry the most power.

You’ll see our bulletin boards filled with affirmation cards at both studios. They’re there for you.

Take one.
Keep it.
Tuck it in your journal.
Slip it into your car.

Or… give it to someone who makes you smile.
Someone doing all the things.
Someone quietly carrying a heavy load.
Someone who might need a reminder that they matter.

A few words can shift a whole day.
A small note can soften a hard moment.
Being seen can change everything.

So grab one (or a few).
Screenshot one for a friend.
Text one out into the world.

Let’s keep building a community where we say the kind things out loud.
Where we don’t assume people know how special they are.
Where we feed each other’s hearts, minds, and souls.

You never know who needs it today.

A note from Holly:

Where is life taking us? The answer feels about as close as those clouds as they passed through moments ago. There’s just so much we don't know- about ourselves, one another, and the whole chaotic world. There’s so much that we have no control over. It’s a great mystery and a simultaneous anxiety knowing that so much is out of our hands. This is part of our unwritten human contract with everything and everyone and all of it— it all comes and eventually goes. Everything must go. No one is getting out alive.

My teacher Nat loves to say that we’re “adorably human.” I have always loved this saying. It’s like, oh yeahhhhhh, I have little to nothing figured out. How adorable that I thought I was in control of my very important life, ha! I’m just a squishy little thing moving about on this giant rock that’s hurling through the galaxy and the universe. It’s a humbling reminder that, hey, we’re here for a literal flash of lighting and then it’s all over. So, why don’t we find a way to love and live and enjoy it all as much as possible. It makes love feel like a greater priority than most things. It makes our technology and all the drama of the internet and media and social media feel so silly and small. It makes hatred feel so ignorant, such a waste of time.

My hope is that at the end of each day, we all know somewhere deep in our hearts that we are worthy of being loved, just for being human. And that no matter what the weather or the season or the craziness of life brings, that this too shall pass, evolve, transform, or change.

Lastly, you never know what someone is going through. We’re all just ice bergs walking through life, and we only see the tip of each others’ icebergs. Be kind and assume the person next to you is really going through it because chances are, they really are. I love you, and thank you for being a part of our community, and for giving me some grace while I navigate my own pause.

We got to celebrate our amazing staff on Saturday, and our hearts are so full.
We were missing quite a few—and that alone says everything. This team has grown to more than 30 active teachers, each one showing up with passion, presence, and a deep love for this community.

We couldn’t be more proud of them.
We know you know how special they are, too.So next time you feel all the feels after class, let them—let us—know.

Your words keep us going.
They feed our hearts, minds, and souls more than you realize. 🤍

✨ A Gentle Reminder ✨

We kindly ask that no cell phones be brought into our studio spaces.
This policy isn’t about rules — it’s about protecting the energy we all come here for.

Our intention is simple:
to give you a safe, stable, and consistent experience where you can fully disconnect from the world and reconnect with yourself.

Your mat is your sanctuary — a place free from noise, notifications, and outside influence.
Thank you for helping us keep it that way. 🤍

With love,
