As things amp up my mantra is "I am still in the midst of chaos"
Most of the time it works because every day, I get on my mat, do my yoga and meditation so I can face whatever life throws at me.
Join me every Wednesday 6:30-8 pm at Blue STar Resort (1840 Tamarack Columbia Falls) to learn some tools so you can stay calm as the chaos increases.
Tomorrow night (July 24th) we are starting a 3 week Series on the Subtle Body.
A strong subtle body allows you to see what is happening from a higher perspective and helps you, through your senses and mastery of the mind, respond to life, adapt to changing situations and savor what it means to be human.

I have been having some minor miracles in the last couple of weeks with these amazing essential oils.
