Oxygen is a vital nutrient, and your breath is your 24/7/365 access to that nutrient.
Did you know that most people are only breathing at about 20% of their capacity? (Most of us are walking around doing shallow, upper chest breathing!)
All that shallow breathing deprives our bodies of oxygen and places our bodies into a chronic stress response.
One of the best things you can do for your health is to learn how to breathe well. Just taking a few minutes two or three times a day to do take some full, relaxed, diaphragmatic breaths can begin to shift your breathing patterns and supercharge your health by bringing life-giving oxygen to all of the organs and tissues in your body!
