🥤✨ Creamy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie ✨🥤

Craving pumpkin pie but want something lighter (and faster)? Try this creamy, spiced smoothie that tastes like dessert in a glass! 🍂🎃

Ingredients:
• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
• ½ cup pumpkin purée (canned or homemade)
• 1 small frozen banana
• ¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
• 1–2 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
• ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon + nutmeg + ginger)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 4–5 ice cubes

Optional Boosts:
• 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into a glass, sprinkle with a little extra cinnamon, and enjoy!

🥣✨ Healthy Fall Recipe: Butternut Squash Soup ✨🥣

Warm, comforting, and packed with nutrients — this is fall in a bowl! 🍁

Ingredients:
• 1 medium butternut squash (peeled & cubed)
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 carrots, sliced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp ground ginger
• 4 cups vegetable broth
• ½ cup coconut milk (optional for creaminess)
• Dash of cinnamon & nutmeg
• Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
1️⃣ In a large pot, sauté onion, carrots, and garlic until fragrant.
2️⃣ Add squash, broth, turmeric, ginger, and spices. Simmer 20–25 minutes until squash is tender.
3️⃣ Blend until smooth & creamy (use immersion blender or carefully in batches).
4️⃣ Stir in coconut milk for extra richness.
5️⃣ Garnish with pumpkin seeds or fresh parsley.

Healthy, soothing, and perfect for chilly evenings! 🌙✨

🎃Creamy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie🎃
INGREDIENTS
1 cup pumpkin puree fresh or canned
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup milk of your choice dairy, almond, oat, etc.
2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup ice cubes
Optional: 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 small banana, or 1 scoop protein powder

🌟INSTRUCTIONS
Gather all your ingredients and have your blender ready.
Add the milk to the blender first, followed by the pumpkin puree and Greek yogurt.
Pour in the maple syrup or honey.
Sprinkle the pumpkin pie spice over the wet ingredients.
If using, add the optional vanilla extract, banana, or protein powder.
Top with ice cubes.
Secure the lid on your blender and blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or spices if needed.
Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately!
