The QDT offices in Chapmanville and Fairmont will be offering blood work by appointment only. These prices are so cheap we can not bill insurances. If you don’t see the blood test you need on this list just give us a call and we can give you a quote. We will also be offering discounts to colleges/schools. Just pull in the parking lot and call our office at 681-404-5673 we will come out to your car to test you. We can also go to your house or place of business.Results in 15 minutes! We are right beside of Hometown Hotdogs. We also offer drug testing, alcohol testing, fingerprinting, and DNA tests.
