Dear Patients,

I am writing to you to inform you of my retirement and announce the closing of Whitehall Chiropractic Office, effective April 16th, 2022. However, I am proud to leave you in the good hands of my son, Dr. Nick Lewis, of Buckeye Chiropractic & Rehab in Lancaster, OH. I am confident that he will provide you with the quality of care that I have provided to you over the years. Dr. Nick’s office/ contact information will be listed below.

Over the past 37 years, I have had the privilege of serving this community and you, our incredible patients. I have had the privilege of meeting many wonderful people and developing lifelong friendships with many patients. I appreciate your loyalty throughout the years and will take the memories of all that I have experienced with me into my retirement. Whether you have been with me all 37 years or the last 6 months, thank you for entrusting me with your health and being part of our family here at Whitehall Chiropractic.

If you do not have an appointment before my last day on April 15th, 2022, I want to say thank you for being part of our family here at Whitehall Chiropractic. It has been the greatest honor of my career to serve you, and I wish you good health and happiness in all your future endeavors.

With the holiday weekend approaching, don't forget that your next Unlimited Collection Day is coming up on Wednesday, July 7. To participate, place your bulk items and extra garbage at the curb on Tuesday evening. Note that not all items will be collected at the same time (e.g. tires may be collected later than your other items).

Here are some program guidelines:

✅ Any loose items should be placed inside garbage bags. Please do not place loose items inside cardboard boxes, as they may break/tear when wet.

✅ No individual item/bag should exceed 50 pounds. Mattresses must be wrapped or bagged (find mattress bags at local hardware or moving truck rental stores) and carpet should be rolled/tied/cut into less than 4 feet segments.

✅ Please do not stack items (for the safety of drivers, pedestrians and garbage crews). Rather arrange your items in a row or group next to the curb.
