I struggled with trust daily, trusting both myself and others. Trust wounds can prevent vulnerability with others. Difficulty trusting others may stem from early childhood attachment issues, making transformation difficult. Nevertheless, there are ways to release this energy.

Back at The Healing Spot tomorrow am

Thank you all for allowing me this time to grieve my mother in law. I have had a wonderful week away from the shop. Full of healing and allowing myself to just BE.

I am offering iced tea, as well as hot. Remember, anything you have enjoyed hot this winter can be over ice.

I can't say when was the last time I have felt this much love for myself. I owe it all to the work that I was willing to put into myself.

I have done the healing that my soul so needed. I am at a space of peace. Although life is happening and things are in the process of changing. I feel I am finally at a space within to be able to see all of the beauty that I have around me

I have the most amazing women in life . Friendships that I cherish . I have prayed for a space where I could put myself out in the public and I have done just that.

I have come from a place of control to surrender. I am grateful for it all. I see myself as the loving person that others see me to be. AND believe it

I have always labeled myself as not being confident for years I would shrink myself, dim my light in order to not feel rejected by someone else because they were intimidated by my love.

I have come to this space of surrender and allowing it all to surface to be able to let go, and let it be replaced with love.

Love is all that matters. It doesn't matter what race you are, what income bracket you come from, what kind of home you have..... without love, nothing matters.

I finally have love for myself. Aligning my love for others to be unconditional. I don't have to agree with you, nor you I. All that is asked of us is to LOVE.

I am doing my part, are you? This would be a great question to ask yourself.

Are you loving yourself unconditionally? ARE you allowing others to show up in their own way , without being attached to what you think they should be doing?

Are you allowing oneness, instead of separation?

Good questions to marinate in...

I am courageous

I am strong

I am confident

I AM

You are loved, you ARE love.
