Eagle services is moving. Yup, down the hall to a smaller room. 😁 That's why you haven't heard much from me lately. We are painting and refreshing our living space. It's a daunting, but rewarding undertaking.

As you can see from the pictures, the office is now in demo/ remove mode. All the books you see on the shelves are available for free if you would like to have any. Just let me know when you can come and pick out the books you are interested in. I plan to pack them up soon so don't delay. I would love to gift them to you.

Begin to practice waiting, sitting back, before you react to something, you actually will be strengthening your action muscle and diminishing your reaction conditioned behavior.
Reacting to people, places, and things puts you in a very weak place, pausing, and choosing how you will act is powerful.
